Refund Policy: Any product defects
or imperfections shall be replaced at no additional charge to our
clients. All claims must be submitted via fax within 3 business days
from receipt of all products. Otherwise, the goods shall be the consumer's
property. If an event date is missed and the product can not be used a
full refund will take place in the form of a company credit.
